Key Responsibilities: Oversee nightly pub operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth service delivery. Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support when needed. Manage cash handling and POS systems. Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations. Deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner. Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a pub or hospitality management role is essential. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem-solve efficiently. RSA & RCG certification is a must.
